No. The price on the window is the price on the bill of sale. We don't add paint protection, nitrogen tires, wheel locks, or any other line item at signing. If you want any of those things, we'll happily add them — and quote them in advance.
There isn't one. We've financed people with no credit, with discharged bankruptcies, and with recent repos. We work with 7 lenders, and one of them is usually hungry. Bring your paystub — that's what matters most.
Twenty minutes if you bring your documents in. Online applications get a same-day response from Priya, usually within the hour during business hours. Saturday mornings we do approvals until noon.
Yes. A co-signer can help you get a better rate, especially if their credit is stronger. They need to be present to sign, and they need the same three documents: ID, paystub, and proof of address.
Absolutely. We appraise in 20 minutes while you're driving the car you want. Whatever we agree on goes straight against the financed amount. See the trade-in page for the form.
Call Sam, not the bank. We've deferred payments, restructured loans, and in a few cases bought cars back at fair market value so people could keep their lights on. We're a small dealership. We're not going to ruin your life over a transmission.
